Tad is the owner of High Country Baseball Camps and International Tours. Tad played professional baseball for nine years. He was a owner and manager for The Sydney Wave of The Australian Baseball League (ABL). Powers sat on the ABL board of directory for three years. He also founded Futera Sports Cards, later sold to Crazy Cards (Pokemon, Didgemon). He was an international scout for the Chicago Cubs for eleven years and the Anaheim Angels for one year. He is currently the host of The Sandlot radio show on ESPN, which is approaching its fourth season. Powers has two great boys Cade, 19 and Cody, 16 they are both avid baseball players and love the game.

Matthew Caywood, Ph.D. Executive Director

Dr. Caywood is currently the Research and Evaluation Coordinator for the El Paso County Department of Human Services. Additionally, Dr. Caywood is an Adjunct Professor of practice, policy and research at the University of Denver's Graduate School of Social Work. Previously, Dr. Caywood served as the Research Manager for Pikes Peak Mental Health Center. Dr. Caywood has also served as the Project Coordinator for the El Paso County Child Welfare Substance Abuse Project. Dr. Caywood was a Study Director for the Center for Prevention Research at the University of Kentucky's National Institute of Drug Abuse funded research center. Dr. Caywood is a Licensened Professional Counselor in Colorado and a clinical member of the American Association of Marriage and Family Therapist. Dr. Caywood is known for his folksy humor and basic approach to explaining and evaluating processes and practice.

Micah played four years of college baseball. Two at Arapahoe Community College; earning First Team All Conference honors, and two years at Eastern New Mexico University. Micah earned his Associate of Arts Degree, and Bachelor of University Studies Degree with emphasis in Art and Coaching. Micah graduated from Eagle Valley High School where he was a three sport athlete, earning All-State honors in each. Micah worked for Western Eagle County Metro Recreation District for 9 years working with adult and youth sports, officiating, and facility management and maintenance. Micah is one of four children who all love baseball. He has two older brothers Matthew and Mac as well as one younger sister Maddi. Micah's parents, Mark and Mary are both educators in Eagle Valley.
